1. Scope and operator
These Terms of Use are between you and Jordan, the sole proprietor operating the Forage website service ("Forage," "we," or "us"). They apply when you visit forage.life, view a Forage demo, use a customer-center page, contact us, or use a link we provide.
Paid website work is also governed by the Website Services Agreement and the order information shown at checkout. If there is a direct conflict about a paid service, the Website Services Agreement and the specific order summary control.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to act for the business named in an order.
2. Private demos and business information
Forage may create an unlisted concept website using publicly available business facts, customer-supplied materials, licensed materials, and AI-assisted assets. A demo is a proposal, not the business's official website, until the business purchases and approves it.
Business names, phone numbers, hours, reviews, service descriptions, photos, social links, and other public facts can change or be incomplete. The business must review all facts before launch. A demo does not imply endorsement, partnership, employment, or prior approval by the featured business.
Demo links are intended for the featured business and people with whom it chooses to share the link. You may not impersonate the business, present an unpurchased demo as official, scrape the demo collection, bypass access controls, or reuse another business's branded demo.
A featured business may ask us to correct or remove an unpurchased demo by emailing aviq777@gmail.com.
3. Prices, availability, and orders
Prices and inclusions are those displayed at checkout when you place the order. Domain suggestions are availability checks, not reservations or guarantees. A domain can be registered by someone else before payment and registration are complete. Premium-domain prices and third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. We may decline or refund an order when we cannot verify authority, the requested domain or work is unavailable, the order presents legal or security concerns, or completing it would require work outside the advertised package.
A one-time website purchase does not enroll you in the Website Care Plan or Website Growth Plan. Each monthly plan is separately identified as an automatically renewing subscription and requires a separate affirmative purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, probe or exploit security, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, falsify a payment or identity, infringe another person's rights, or use Forage content to deceive people.
We may block abusive traffic, preserve evidence of fraud or attacks, remove unlawful material, and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Forage, or third parties.
5. Content, feedback, and intellectual property
Forage owns forage.life, its original text and design, and its reusable tools, templates, generators, workflows, and brand materials. Featured businesses retain their own trademarks and materials. Third-party and AI-assisted materials remain subject to their applicable terms.
You may not copy, resell, or publish unpurchased demos or Forage systems. A customer's rights in a purchased website are described in the Website Services Agreement.
If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without compensation, but we will not publish your private business information as a testimonial without permission.
6. Links and third-party services
The site may link to Stripe, registrars, maps, social networks, review sites, analytics providers, hosting platforms, or other third parties. Their services and privacy practices are controlled by their own terms. A link does not mean Forage controls or endorses everything on the destination.
7. Availability, warranties, and liability
Public pages and demos are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, factual completeness, search placement, leads, sales, revenue, accessibility certification, or compatibility with every future browser or third-party platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forage disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site. For a paid order, the liability and dispute provisions in the Website Services Agreement apply. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms prospectively as the service changes. The effective date above will change when we do. A material change to an active paid service will be communicated reasonably and will not silently rewrite a completed purchase or remove a customer's vested ownership rights.
Tennessee law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to provide written notice and spend 30 days attempting a good-faith resolution, unless urgent relief or applicable law requires otherwise.
