Manage it without making a phone call.

Stripe's secure customer portal lets you update your payment method, view receipts, and cancel your monthly plan — the $39 Care Plan or the $99 Growth Plan. Use the same email address you used at checkout.

What happens when you cancel

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
• You will not be charged for another month after that date.
• Your purchased website, final files, and domain ownership remain yours.
• Your static website stays online under the basic-hosting terms in your agreement.
• Monthly edits, monitoring, priority support, and managed domain renewal end.
• Forage will help transfer a Forage-managed domain to your registrar account at no Forage fee.

There is no cancellation fee and no requirement to speak with a salesperson. Details are in the Website Services Agreement.
